These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by KarinButan (hereinafter "the Company"), a professional dance video production service. By placing an order or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms.

The Company specializes in recording and producing videos of dance competitions, ballet performances, rhythmic gymnastics events, and related artistic activities. Our services include full performance recording, highlight clips, and social media content creation.

These terms apply to all orders placed through our website, social media channels, or direct communication with our representatives. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, with changes taking effect upon publication on our website.

To place an order, customers must register on our website and complete the order form specifying the event, participant details, and desired services. Orders must be placed at least 3 days before the event date.

Upon receiving your order, we will send a confirmation email with order details, pricing, and expected delivery timeline. The order is considered confirmed only after the required deposit has been received.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate participant information (name, performance number, category) to ensure correct identification during recording.

Payment is required in two installments: a 50%% deposit upon order confirmation and the remaining 50%% upon notification that the video is ready for delivery.

We accept the following payment methods: bank transfer (UAH), credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), and PayPal for international orders. All prices are listed in Ukrainian Hryvnia (UAH) unless otherwise specified.

For international orders, payment in EUR is accepted at the current exchange rate at the time of order confirmation.

Group discounts and promotional offers cannot be combined with other discounts unless explicitly stated. The final price is confirmed in the order confirmation email.

Standard delivery time is 14-25 business days from the event date. Express delivery (7-10 days) is available at +30%% surcharge, and urgent delivery (3-5 days) at +50%% surcharge.

Completed videos are delivered via a secure cloud download link sent to the customer's email and available in their personal account. Download links remain active for 30 days.

Customers will be notified via email when their video is ready for download. We recommend downloading and saving your video to a personal device as soon as possible.

All recordings are made in Full HD (1080p) as standard, with 4K available upon request. Videos are delivered in MP4 format with H.264/H.265 encoding for optimal quality and compatibility.

Professional color grading is included in all packages. The visual style aims for a cinematic, warm tone that complements performance aesthetics.

For multi-camera recordings, the final edit combines the best angles for a dynamic viewing experience. Raw footage from individual cameras is not provided unless specifically agreed upon.

Instagram Reels and social media content are delivered in 9:16 vertical format at 1080x1920 resolution, optimized for mobile viewing.

We stand behind the quality of our work. Each order includes one round of revisions at no additional cost. Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Full refunds are available if: (a) we fail to record the specified performance due to our error, (b) the delivered video is of unacceptably poor technical quality due to equipment failure, or (c) the order is cancelled more than 7 days before the event.

The deposit is non-refundable for cancellations made less than 7 days before the event, as our team and equipment will have already been allocated.

The copyright of all recorded and produced video material belongs to KarinButan. Upon full payment, customers receive a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use their purchased videos for personal purposes.

Customers may share videos on personal social media accounts and with family members. Commercial use (advertising, resale, broadcasting) requires written permission from the Company.

The Company reserves the right to use anonymized or general footage (not featuring identifiable individuals without consent) for promotional purposes, portfolio displays, and social media content.

We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. By using our services, you consent to the collection and processing of data as described therein.
